HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are subject to variation based on the item(s) purchased, including size, weight, and quantity.
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your order, we will process and produce your item within 2-4 business days. Most of our products are made-to-order, so this timeframe includes production and preparation time to ensure quality.
Estimated Delivery
After your order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. Estimated delivery time is approximately 8-15 business days.
(Please note: Shipping carriers may experience unforeseen delays due to high demand, weather conditions, or logistical challenges.)
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team at support@mail.nicepaper.co.uk.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, please reach out to our support team to request a full refund for your purchase.
(This policy does not apply to orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or missed parcel deliveries.)
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items that do not match our product description or are defective upon receipt, we will cover all return shipping costs and replace the item as quickly as possible.
All returns must be in their original packaging, in unused and unaltered condition, and initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non-defective items that are received in 100% original condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply. We will send you a pre-paid return label once we receive your return request. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the 30% restocking fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging, in unused and unaltered condition, and initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
Nicepaper reserves the right to refuse any returns that are initiated after the 15-day window following delivery.
